In other words, no more than two slots of free face painting will be offered within a 30 mile radius of each other during any given week, with the exception of businesses that would not be in direct competition for customers. Get a 10% discount + 1 FREE week when you contract for 3 months! Clients who contract for 3 months have 1st rights to any available time slots at renewal time. This Offer is extended to establishments within 90 miles of Hood River, Oregon. Rates will vary by location of establishment. Slots will be filled on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis.
